Our daily routine is built around a team-oriented approach which embodies respect for each other and creating harmony within the school. It starts with the director, to teacher, to aide, to child.
Time outside of the classroom is spent together as a school. This time of undirected play, where the teacher steps back and provides successive levels of support, allows children to take greater responsibility of the learning process and apply the skills they’ve learned in the classroom. These invaluable peer interactions help build leadership skills and develop patience with the older children, and foster growth with the younger children by building language skills and exploring both their limitations and capabilities.
